We believe that the relationship between corporate governance and social responsibility is multilayered and two-way. On one hand, corporate governance is the area which is being, from the aspect of social responsibility, constantly improved in order to ensure transparency, and on the other hand, it is a means by which we are trying to implement socially responsible practice into all aspects of our operations.
One of the objectives of our governance system is to ensure a balanced and sustainable development in time through three dimensions: economic, ecological and social.
The highest governing body of CRH Serbia is the Board of Directors.
Roman Menz was born and grew up in Switzerland. As an electrical engineer, he spent eighteen years in the building materials industry, working in six different countries, his latest appointment being in Manila, Philippines. Roman attended various management training’s, and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He is married and has three children.
Milan Ilić graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade, and completed his Master’s degree at the IHE Delft Netherlands. After a years’ long experience in Energoprojekt, he worked in Hong Kong and large companies in the East-Central Europe. He has been in the company since 2002.
Miloš Milojević was born in 1983. As a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering he graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, and completed the last year of his studies in Portugal, at the Faculty of Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering in Aveiro. In March 2015, he was appointed Plant Manager of the cement plant in Popovac.
Zoran Mijatovic graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac. After 4 years spent in auditing, he joined the company in 2011. From April 2019, he was appointed CFO. Zoran has been a member of the International Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2017. He is married and has two children.
Marko Milojkovic graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in business economics in 2009 and a master’s degree in human resources and labor law in 2010. After several years of work experience in managerial positions in international companies in the field of human resources, he joined the company in April 2020 as HR Director. Marko also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He is married and has two children.
